At Matta NY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade garments and artisanal textiles. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Matta tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
