Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS, while international shipping varies by destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I care for my matta garments?
Many of our items are handmade using delicate fabrics and traditional techniques. We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and line drying, or professional dry cleaning to preserve the quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, though we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered fulfillment.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, because many of our textiles are hand-dyed and artisan-made, slight variations in color and pattern are a natural characteristic of the handmade process.
